Frequently asked questions

If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp — we answer quickly.

How do I order?

Add the products you are interested in to your inquiry list, then send it to us on WhatsApp. We confirm availability and final pricing, and arrange delivery from there. There is no checkout on the site — solar pricing moves too often for a fixed cart to be honest.

Are the prices on the site final?

They are indicative. Solar equipment pricing follows exchange rates and supply, so we confirm the exact figure when you inquire. The price we put in writing is the one that applies.

Do you deliver outside Lagos?

Yes, we deliver nationwide. Cost and timeline depend on the destination and the size of the order, and are confirmed with your quote.

What size system do I need?

It depends on what you want to run and for how long. Tell us the appliances and the hours of backup you need and we will size it for you — over-buying is as common a mistake as under-buying.

What is the difference between tubular and lithium batteries?

Tubular (lead-acid) batteries cost less up front but are heavier, need occasional maintenance and last around 2–4 years. Lithium batteries cost more initially, are maintenance-free, tolerate deeper discharge and typically last 8–10 years — usually cheaper per year of service.

Do the products come with a warranty?

Yes. Every product carries the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand and model. We handle warranty claims with you rather than sending you to the manufacturer alone.

Can you install the system?

We can advise on installation and connect you with qualified technicians. Solar equipment should never be installed by an unqualified person — it is dangerous and voids most warranties.

Do you supply businesses and larger sites?

Yes. Tell us the load profile and we will quote a commercial system. We supply the same brands at scale.

Still not sure what you need?

Tell us what you want to power and we will size it for you.
