How ordering works
This website is a catalogue, not a checkout. You build an inquiry list and send it to us over WhatsApp; we confirm availability, final pricing and delivery before anything is agreed. No payment is taken through this site.
Pricing and availability
Prices shown are in Nigerian Naira and are indicative. Solar equipment pricing moves with exchange rates and supply, so the price confirmed in writing at the time of your order is the one that applies. Stock status on the site reflects our best current information but is not a guarantee of availability.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide. Timelines and costs depend on the destination and the size of the order, and are confirmed with your quote. Risk passes to you on delivery; please inspect goods on arrival and report any damage immediately, as damage reported later cannot be attributed to transit.
Warranties
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand and model — the product page lists the applicable term where we have it. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer's process, and we will help you with them. Warranties do not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, or power conditions outside the product's rated tolerance.
Returns
Unused goods in original packaging may be returned by agreement within 7 days of delivery. Installed or used equipment cannot be returned except under warranty. Contact us before returning anything so we can arrange it properly.
Installation
Solar equipment should be installed by a qualified technician. Incorrect installation is dangerous and voids most manufacturer warranties. We can advise on installation as part of your quote.
