What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the shop:

• Your email address, if you choose to give it when sending a product inquiry.
• The products in your inquiry, so we can quote you accurately.
• Anonymous usage data — which pages are viewed and which products are searched for — through Google Analytics. This is not linked to your name or email.

We do not collect payment details on this website. Orders are completed directly with us over WhatsApp, phone or in person.

How we use it

Your email is used to reply to your inquiry and, if you opted in, to send occasional updates about products and offers. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.

Unsubscribing

Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and your email client's own Unsubscribe button works too. Unsubscribing is immediate and needs no reply from us. You can also email us and we will remove you manually.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. Contact us using the details below and we will act on it.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of services to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Cloudinary (image delivery), Resend (email) and Google Analytics (anonymous usage statistics). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
